Stirling Festival Theatre Policies

Stirling Festival Theatre features 419 seats, with removable seats in the back row to accommodate Wheelchairs.  All seats are assigned.

Sorry, no babes in arms, all children must be able to sit in their own seat.

Events are subject to change without notice.

Your order will be processed as “best available” at the time of processing and your confirmation e-mail will detail that information for you.  Your order will receive the personal attention of one of our Box Office Attendants and will be processed, in queue, when the Box Office is open.  If you have specific needs or seating choices, we encourage to call the Box Office directly so that we can do our best to assign you the appropriate seats.

Ticket policies:  All sales are final. No refunds.
With a $7.00 exchange fee (free to SFT members) tickets may be exchanged up to 8 hours before the performance to another show or Gift Certificate.
Exchanges on Dinners must be made at least 1 week prior to the event.

A processing fee will be added to all ticket orders: $5.00 to orders placed through the Box Office and $8.00 to orders placed online through our website.

Prices do not include HST.  Discounts will be applied at time of payment processing

Seniors rates apply for those 65+.
A Family Pack is made up of 2 adults and 2 children under 18.

All tickets will be held at the box office for pick-up.  A $2.00 mailing fee applies if you wish to have your tickets mailed.

 

Orders cannot be intercepted by a third party.

Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday will not be processed until 10 am on Tuesday.
